Chattanooga deputy terminated, charged with aggravated rape

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. -

A deputy in Chattanooga has been terminated after a woman reported he stopped her car and forced her to perform a sex act.

According to The Chattanoogan, Officer Willie Greer, 33, was charged with aggravated rape and official misconduct following the incident on Sunday.

The victim reported that just after 1 a.m. she was driving when she passed Greer's patrol car on the side of the road.

She pulled over after he activated his emergency lights.  Greer reportedly told her that she was driving a little too fast, wrote her name on his hand and went back to his vehicle.

When he returned, he told the 26-year-old woman she was going to jail and proceeded to handcuff her once she was out of her car, according to the report.

The woman stated Greer told her several times, "I could let you go, but you'd owe me."

After saying she didn't know what he meant, Greer reportedly un-cuffed her hands and told her to follow him in her own vehicle, then led her to a pull-off nearby.

Greer allegedly handcuffed the woman again, sat her in his vehicle and forced her to perform oral sex.

Afterward, she states he asked if she was thirsty and gave her a fruit drink from Wendy's.  An investigation revealed a black officer had bought a fruit punch at a nearby Wendy's earlier in the evening.

Once in custody, Greer reportedly told officers the sex was consensual, but police determined his statements were "false and misleading."
