A teenager was arrested Wednesday for assaulting her parents after her father refused to give her his cell phone.
Police were called to the 5000 block of Camelot Court after receiving a call from the parents of 18-year-old Savanna Price.
The parents reported Price returned home and demanded her father hand over his cell phone because she had lost hers.
Price then attacked her father, who was holding the cell phone, and began punching him in the head. She also bit her mother when she attempted to intervene, according to an affidavit.
Once police arrived, the teen resisted arrest by "violently pulling away," and once handcuffed, began kicking both arresting officers.
Authorities stated she continued to resist arrest, biting and spitting in the face of an officer after they tried to retrain her legs as she kicked the back window of the patrol car.
Price was charged with two counts of domestic assault, two counts of assault of an officer, and one count of resisting arrest.
Her bond was set at $10,000.
