A man was arrested Tuesday morning and charged with aggravated burglary after he allegedly broke into a home and stole beer.
Police reported Justin Fuller, 32, broke into a home in the 2800 block of Clifton Avenue while the resident was sleeping.
The resident, who authorities stated is Fuller's ex-girlfriend, woke up when she heard him at the door.
Fuller is accused of then kicking down the door, going straight to the kitchen, stealing a 12-pack of Budlight beer from the refrigerator and leaving the home.
Authorities noted there was visible damage to the door, including a muddy shoe print.
Prior to Tuesday morning's arrest, Fuller had warrants for a previous incident that occurred in early September.
He reportedly got into a fight with girlfriend on September 8 and shoved her into a glass door as he left the home, causing her to cut her finger.
He was booked into Metro jail on three outstanding warrants, one count of aggravated burglary and one count of domestic assault.
His bond was set at $82,000.
