Man wanted for robbing armored vehicle driver, Reward offered

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -

A cash reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the man responsible for robbing an armored vehicle employee outside of a Nolensville Walmart.

The incident involving a Loomis Armored employee occurred on November 29 as he exited the retailer with a deposit bag.

Before reaching the armored vehicle, the victim was pepper sprayed in the face as the suspect fled with the deposit bag in an early 2000s silver Pontiac Sunfire.

The suspect is around six feet tall and weighs 210 pounds. At the time of the robbery he had a brown beard and mustache.

The $5,000 reward is in addition to a $1,000 reward offered by Crime Stoppers.

The reward will be available through June 15, 2014.
