A former Tennessee Titans cheerleader on probation following an incident with a 12-year-old boy faces more trouble after she reportedly failed a drug test, violating the terms of her probation.

Elizabeth Garner was arrested last February after the boy claimed she sexually assaulted him in a bathroom during a party.

"What I want them to know is that I would never, ever in my life, do that to a child," Garner told Nashville's News 2 exclusively.

Garner pleaded no contest to a lesser charge of reckless endangerment in November and was sentenced to 18 months of probation. Under the judge's conditions she must attend AA meetings twice a week and submit to drug screening.

According to a warrant issued for her arrest in Rutherford County Thursday, a prescription painkiller appeared in one of those screenings.

"If a person has a valid prescription for something, they need to be given an opportunity to show that. If they can show that, we dismiss it. If they don't have it, it is a violation and the judge would decide," said Assistant District Attorney, Laural Hemenway.

Garner surrendered on the warrant and was booked into the Rutherford County jail Thursday.

She is now free on $50,000 bond.

Following the February incident, Garner told police she was drunk and mistook the boy for a man. In an exclusive interview with News 2 last month, Garner denied the allegations and said the boy's mother brutally beat her.

Garner, 42, was most recently a Titans cheerleader in 2008.
