CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. -

Two Clarksville parents are facing charges Monday after they allegedly left their three-week-old baby in a car while they were at a bar.

Police said Tyler Paul and Kimberly Pannell were at an 18 and over bar Friday when witnesses spotted the newborn in a vehicle unattended.

Both are charged with child abuse and neglect, the Leaf Chronicle reported.

The baby reportedly did not suffer any harm.
