A Clarksville woman charged in the 2009 shooting death of her father is back in jail for violating the substance abuse provision of her bond.
According to The Leaf Chronicle, Rebecca Hart repeatedly used marijuana. She was arrested Tuesday and is now being held in the Montgomery County jail without bond.
Hart, now 23, and her mother, Rebecca Frances Hart, are charged with soliciting John Patrick George to murder Gilbert Hart in June of 2009.
George pleaded guilty to second-degree murder and was sentenced to 20 years in July of 2011.
Alexander Hart, Gilbert Hart's son and Rebecca's brother, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit first-degree murder and was sentenced to 15 years in prison a month later.
The two Hart women are both charged with five counts of solicitation of first-degree murder, two counts of criminal responsibility and one count of criminal responsibility to commit first-degree murder.
