A teenager was arrested in connection to a fatal shooting that took place at Lee's Market in west Nashville Friday afternoon.Matthew McDowell, 19, was arrested that night and charged in the death of Moises Cedeno. Cedeno was shot in the leg during an attempted robbery at the market located on 17th Avenue North just before 1 p.m.The 32-year-old victim was transported to Vanderbilt University Medical Center where he later died. Police located McDowell late Friday night after an officer spotted his vehicle near the intersection of 16th Avenue North and Charlotte Avenue. An investigation then led detectives to his residence on 32nd Avenue North where he was taken into custody. Authorities stated a revolver was discovered inside a hooded sweatshirt in his residence, and that McDowell implicated himself in the shooting during an interview.At the time of the shooting, McDowell was free on $15,000 bond for a November 11 arrest for marijuana possession and evading arrest.
