NASHVILLE, Tenn. -

Six people, including three juveniles, are in custody in connection to an attempted robbery and shooting early Friday morning.

Around 12:30 a.m., police arrived to a home at the Cambridge Forest town homes on Bridgecrest Drive in Antioch to find a 16-year-old female lying in the front yard.

The teen had been shot in the side and the bullet exited through her back. Police have since determined the gunshot victim was an alleged participant in the robbery plot and was struck by an errant round. According to a police report, the teen will at least be paralyzed from the shoulders down.

The intended robbery victim Jamarrius Kelly, 23, also sustained a gunshot wound to his back.  After the shooting, he drove himself to Thornton's gas station on the corner of Bell Road and Eagle View Drive, where he was discovered by police.

Both victims were taken to Vanderbilt University Medical Center.  Kelley has since been released, while the minor remains in critical condition.

Sean Lynch, 19, Jacob Bryant, 19, and Braze Roland Rucker, 18 are currently in custody for their alleged involvement in the crime.  News 2 is not releasing the names of the minors involved.

Police reported the motive for the shooting was an attempted robbery.

The home where the shooting reportedly occurred and the vehicle at Thornton's were processed as crime scenes.

Police have since located a semi-automatic pistol that may have been used in the crime.

Lynch is charged with two counts of attempted murder and especially aggravated robbery, among other charges. His bond is set at $1.16 million.

Rucker is charged with two counts of attempted criminal homicide and one count of especially aggravated robbery. He remains jailed on a $1.15 million bond.

Bryant faces one count of aggravated robbery and is jailed on a $150,000 bond.
