NASHVILLE, Tenn. -

The case against a federal air marshal accused of taking cell phone photographs up women's skirts has been continued.

Adam Bartsch, 28, was arrested in Nashville on October 17 after a witness on a Southwest plane bound for Tampa watched him take a picture up a woman's skirt.

After his arrest, Bartsch, of Maryland, admitted to taking similar pictures of women on 15 to 20 occasions prior to being caught.

Nashville's News 2 attempted to speak to Bartsch after he bonded out of the Metro jail, but he ran from our cameras.

Bartsch is charged with disorderly conduct.

A hearing originally scheduled for Thursday afternoon will now be held on January 22, 2014.
