Four people were arrested following a heroin bust after police used a confidential informant to purchase drugs late Monday night.According to an affidavit obtained by News 2, suspects Jose Garcia, Michael Anderson, Jennifer Dillon and Matthew Tidwell all face various drug-related charges.It began when Tidwell, 30, and Dillon, 36, met with a confidential informant who posed as someone looking for drugs.Tidwell then called Anderson, 38, and plans were arranged to make the deal. Upon meeting, Tidwell handed Anderson money and obtained 52 grams of heroin.Garcia, 43, was found to be the supplier of the heroin, which police say he later admitted to. Authorities reported he set up a supply room at the Madison Motel on North Gallatin Pike.A search of his room led to the discovery of 85 additional grams of heroin along with $31,870 in cash, and digital scales inside Garcia's hotel room.Each person involved was arrested on felony drug offenses.
Bonds for Tidwell and Anderson were set at $40,000. Dillon's bond was set at $55,000. Garcia's bond is set at $300,00.
They are due in court Friday.
