Christie Cookie partners with local restaurants to celebrate 30 years

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -

A famed local cookie shop is partnering with another culinary institution this week to celebrate their 30th year in Music City.

Christie Cookie, founded in 1983, is partnering with Nashville Originals to offer sweet deals to diners to celebrate their 30th birthday.

For the week of October 14 through October 20, the two are joining forces to offer limited-edition dessert options using Christie Cookies and brownies in new dishes.

Here are a few highlights offered this week:

  • 55 South (Franklin) – A Snickerdoodle Christie Cookie tart shell filled with house-made caramelized apple jam and peanut butter mousse and topped with a sprinkle of roasted, salted peanuts.
  • Cross Corner (Brentwood) – Caramel swirl cheesecake on a Christie Cookie Southern Butter Pecan crust, as well as a second dessert, a White Chocolate Cherry Christie Cookie ice cream sandwich.
  • Jackson's (Nashville) – Peanut Butter Christie Cookie dough, flash-fried in pastry with chocolate sauce and vanilla ice cream.
  • McCabe Pub (Nashville) - Southern pecan bourbon pie, served frozen with homemade caramel sauce and whipped cream, featuring Christie Cookie dough in the filling and crumbled Christie Cookies on top.
  • Saffire (Franklin) - Butterscotch banana pudding with Southern Butter Pecan Christie Cookie crumble, served in a mini mason jar.
  • Watermark (Nashville) – A decadent chocolate torte on a Christie Cookie Peanut Butter cookie crust.
