The office building at an Antioch used car dealership caught fire early Monday morning.
The fire was reported by a nearby a resident just before 5 a.m. at Dixie Land Motors located at 2133 Antioch Pike.
Officials told News 2 a neighbor at a trailer park heard popping noises and went outside to find the office building and a shed in flames.
Once fire crews arrived, both buildings were completely engulfed. It took 30 minutes to extinguish the fire.
Authorities also said the fire hydrant they used began leaking underground, spraying water nearly 10 to 12 feet into the air. The Metro Water Department was called to the scene. The cause of the problem is not yet known.
A fire marshal is expected to investigate to determine the cause of the fire later this morning.
