A Davidson County jury found a 30-year-old man guilty of a violent home invasion that occurred nearly three years ago.
Michael Miller and Jeremy Barrow are accused of breaking into a home located on Bonnavent Drive around 3 a.m. on December 27, 2010.
Once inside the victims' home, the pair demanded cash and drugs. When the homeowners could not produce their requests, the two were duct-taped together.
A child who was inside the home at the time was not injured.
During the home invasion, one of the men's weapons discharged and struck Barrow in the leg.
Miller drove his co-defendant to the hospital where he was taken into police custody. Barrow was arrested following his release from the hospital.
He is charged with three counts of especially aggravated kidnapping and two counts of aggravated robbery, among others.
Miller is scheduled to be sentenced on November 14.
