Prosecutors seek death penalty in Crossville murders
CROSSVILLE, Tenn. -
Prosecutors are seeking the death penalty for a 26-year-old man accused of murdering a woman and three teenagers in an attempted robbery during a pot deal last month.
Jacob Bennett and his girlfriend Brittany Moser are accused of gunning down 22-year-old Rikki Danielle Jacobsen, 17-year-old Domonic Lewis Davis, 17-year-old Steven Michael Presley and 16-year-old Jonathan Raymond Lajeunesse on September 12 in Crossville.
Jacob Bennett and 25-year-old Moser face four counts of felony murder and two attempted robbery charges.
Prosecutors are not seeking the death penalty for Moser.
