Lebanon man arrested after marijuana found growing in yard
LEBANON, Tenn. -
The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation arrested a Lebanon man after authorities discovered an outdoor marijuana grow operation Wednesday.
Donald Upchurch faces a number of charges including cultivation of marijuana, possession for resale of a Schedule VI, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a firearm during a commission of a felony, among other charges.
Authorities said 24 plants and one and a half pounds of finished marijuana was located at the 63-year-old man's home.
Upchurch has since been booked into the Wilson County jail.
