Gunman who shot self, 2 others released from hospital, jailed

The man accused of shooting his estranged girlfriend inside a Madison vision center early last month before turning the gun on himself, has been released from the hospital and is now jailed.
Henry Talley faces a number of charges for the September 4 incident including attempted murder, aggravated assault, felony reckless endangerment and order of protection violation, among others.
Talley's 26-year-old estranged girlfriend, an employee of Visionworks located on Gallatin Pike, sustained several gunshot wounds. A 23-year-old female employee was also grazed by a bullet in the shooting.
Minutes after opening fire inside the vision store, Talley shot himself in the head inside his car as officers attempted to arrest him.
Talley remains jailed in lieu of a $500,000 bond.
Talley's estranged girlfriend has been released from the hospital and continues to recover from her injuries.
