NASHVILLE, Tenn. -

The man accused of shooting his estranged girlfriend inside a Madison vision center early last month before turning the gun on himself, has been released from the hospital and is now jailed.

Henry Talley faces a number of charges for the September 4 incident including attempted murder, aggravated assault, felony reckless endangerment and order of protection violation, among others.

Talley's 26-year-old estranged girlfriend, an employee of Visionworks located on Gallatin Pike, sustained several gunshot wounds. A 23-year-old female employee was also grazed by a bullet in the shooting.

Minutes after opening fire inside the vision store, Talley shot himself in the head inside his car as officers attempted to arrest him.
