Man caught on surveillance using stolen cards

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. -

Surveillance video captured the image of a man who allegedly stole credit cards and used them in Franklin on Friday.

According to authorities, the man used the cards to buy $5,000 worth of merchandise from the Apple store in Cool Springs.

The credit cards were stolen from a car parked on Sulphur Springs Road near Leanna Road in Murfreesboro.

The suspect is described as a white man wearing a white shirt and baseball cap.

Anyone with information regarding his identity is asked to call Detective Tony Grissom with the Rutherford County Sheriff's Office at 615-904-3055.
