Titans launch new breast cancer awareness campaign


The Tennessee Titans, Saint Thomas Health and Coca-Cola are teaming up with Susan G. Komen Greater Nashville to raise money in the fight against breast cancer with a special Crucial Catch ribbon campaign.

During the Titans home game on October 6, pink ribbon signs will be placed along the sidelines with the names of breast cancer survivors and those who have lost the battle with breast cancer.

For $100, anyone can place a name on one of the signs, which will circle LP Field and be displayed during pre-game festivities.

Proceeds from sales will support Saint Thomas' Our Mission in Motion mobile mammography unit.

The mobile coach provides mammography for underserved women in 17 Middle Tennessee counties.

There is a limit of just 500 signs.
