Texans beat Titans 30-24 in overtime


The Texans defeated the Titans 30-24 after the game went into overtime in the Titans second game of the season Sunday at Reliant Stadium in Houston.

In the fourth quarter the teams were tied 24-24.

The Titans saved up their timeouts and used two to ice Texans kicker Randy Bullock.

Bullock's third attempt at the field goal failed, leaving the score 24-24, putting the game into overtime.

With 10:32 left in overtime Texans player Matt Schaub threw the winning pass to Deandre Hopkins for a touchdown, ending the game.

The Titans will play the Chargers next Sunday at LP Field. Kick off is set for Noon.
