A Hollywood rock star stopped by a market on the outskirts of Mt. Juliet over the weekend.Steven Tyler, lead singer for the band Aerosmith, stopped with his friends at Cook's Market on Stewarts Ferry Pike Saturday afternoon while riding motorcycles with three other people.Tyler came into the store and told the cashier that he had hit something in the road and asked if someone had a crowbar he could use."He came in the door and I couldn't believe it was him. My mouth just dropped open, I just looked at him," store employee Amanda Shaler said. "He said, 'Yes I'm the real him. Do you have a crowbar?'"Shaler said it was a normal day at the small BP gas station until the rock legend stopped by. "He had some crazy looking pants. He had his hair pulled back and he had sunglasses on," she recalled. Tyler posed for pictures with Shaler and other people in the store as he waited on a crowbar. The owner of the store found a tire-iron to help straighten Tyler's fender."He said he likes country stores, stores like this. I just stared at him. I couldn't believe it," Shaler said, sorting through several pictures on her phone.
On Friday night, Tyler joined country superstar Keith Urban on stage at Tootsies in downtown Nashville.
He also performed two songs at the Bluebird Cafe last week.
