TWRA: Selections for big game quota hunts online

Posted:
NASHVILLE, Tenn. -

Those who applied for the 2013 big game quota hunts can now look online to find out if they were selected.

The Associated Press reported that the results are on the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency's Web site.

Leftover permits are still available for two areas.  They go on sale August 28 at 8 a.m.

Permits can be purchased at any TWRA license agent and the receipt will serve as the permit.

No phone sales will be permitted.

Additionally, hunters who were selected for a permit in the regular drawing cannot purchase more permits for hunts in the same areas or same dates.

The drawing results will also be sent via mail, which should be received over the next week or two.
