GRAND PRARIE, Texas -

A 59-year-old truck driver from Clarksville was killed over the weekend in a Texas crash.

According to WFAA-TV, the accident involving James Long occurred when his 18-wheeler crashed through a guardrail on Interstate 30 before tumbling onto President George Bush Turnpike.

In surveillance video released by Texas authorities on Monday, Long's tractor trailer narrowly misses striking other motorists.

It remains unclear why Long's big rig left the roadway.

The accident remains under investigation.
