A Murfreesboro man was arrested after wandering through two fast food restaurants naked Tuesday afternoon.
Police reported that the suspect first entered the Taco Bell located at 155 Cason Lane around 4 p.m.
The manager of the restaurant called authorities to alert them of a customer who was actively using drugs inside their restroom and provided a description of what he was wearing.
Before police arrived, the suspect was asked to leave by store employees, but when he exited the bathroom, he was naked.
The man, later identified as 33-year-old Thomas Hills, began touching himself while walking toward the employees.
Hills decided to leave the restaurant and walked to down the street to Captain D's. Police found him inside the restroom upon arrival.
The officer on location advised Hills to leave the bathroom stall, but he refused. The officer then heard heavy breathing and snorting, and advised Hills to exit again.
After a struggle, Hills was finally detained and was holding an aerosol can of dust cleaner, which was cold to the touch once authorities were able to detain him, indicating recent use.
He is charged with resisting arrest, use of an inhalant, and public intoxication.
He has since been released from the Rutherford County jail on $3,250 bond.
