If you don't care for weather geek stuff like analysis of computer models, fronts, etc. you can skip to the forecast at the bottom!
The two most trustworthy models for 3 days out and beyond are the GFS and ECMWF. If they agree, the forecaster has more confidence.
Over the last several days, they have differed somewhat for the weekend, but now they are in agreement. I like that! It still could change, but here goes!
In the first two graphics, they both show another front approaching by Saturday evening.
In the second two graphics, they both show the front just south of Middle TN by noon Sunday.
The resulting forecast:
Saturday: Hot & humid with t'storms developing, especially by late afternoon and evening, BUT possibly earlier (timing still a question mark). A few could be strong with damaging winds. Highs should reach the low to mid 90s.
Sunday: A little cooler, with morning showers possible, then partly cloudy. Highs mid to upper 80s.
