Starbucks is teaming up with Google to provide better free Internet access to its customers.
The two companies, both based in the northwest United States, will work together to develop an improved wireless network.
Starbucks said the Wi-Fi access provided by Google is 10 times faster than the current service provided by AT&T.
New locations of the popular coffee chain will receive the improved Internet access first.
More than 7,000 other locations in the United States are expected to get the upgraded service over the next 18 months.
