CARRABASSETT VALLEY, Maine - Crews are continuing to search for a Brentwood hiker who went missing in Maine last week.

Searchers affiliated with the Maine Associated of Search and Rescue are now assisting in the search for 66-year-old Geraldine Largay.

Largay disappeared nearly two weeks ago while hiking the Appalachian Trail.

The Maine Association for Search and Rescue plans to have a news conference on Sunday.

MASAR said if they don't find Largay by Sunday evening they plan to reevaluate the future of the search

Laragy, an experience hiker, contacted her husband on July 21 from Saddleback Mountain, but failed to meet him as planned the following day.
