NASHVILLE, Tenn. -

A local fast food chain was robbed at gunpoint on Sunday night.

The robbery occurred around 8:30 p.m. at the Kentucky Fried Chicken located on Rosa Parks Boulevard.

The clerk complied and the suspects took all of the cash from the register before going to the office area in the back to steal more.

They then fled on foot with an undisclosed amount.

Employees were asked to lie on the ground as the suspects were leaving, so they were unable to see which direction they fled.

One suspect is described as a black male, approximately six feet tall, weighing around 200 pounds. He was wearing a black t-shirt, blue jeans, and had short close-cut hair.

The second suspect is described as a black male, approximately five feet, seven inches tall, weighing around 165 pounds. He was wearing a brown t-shirt, blue jean shorts and had braids pulled back with a white rubber band.

Anyone with information is urged to contact police at 615-862-8600 or Crime Stoppers at 74-CRIME.
