2 men shot in downtown parking garage

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -

Metro police are searching for two suspects after two others were shot in downtown Nashville early Sunday morning.

The shooting occurred just before 2:30 a.m. in the 600 block of Union Street.

Officials told Nashville's News 2 the victims were walking to their cars in the parking garage where they saw the suspects standing at their vehicles.

After an exchange of words, the suspects fired their weapons at the victims, identified as 22-year-old James Kilgore and 21-year-old Ethan Connor.

Both Kilgore and Connor were hit in the leg.

The gunmen fled before police arrived.

One of the suspects is described as a black male with dreads in his 20s. He is around six feet, four inches tall and weighs around 200 pounds.

The second suspect is also a black male who is around six feet, four inches tall and 200 pounds. He was wearing glasses at the time.
