A 450-room, full-service Hyatt Regency hotel is coming to downtown Nashville.
The hotel will be built just south of Lower Broadway between Second and Third avenues and will include over 25,000 square feet of meeting space, on-site parking for up to 350 vehicles and several retail and dining ventures, according to a release.
The hotel will stop in the alley by Joe's Crab Shack and have a door that leads out onto Broadway.
The project is expected to cost approximately $135 million.
Developers hope to break ground on the building by the end of the year.
