Fan arrested after posting online threats against Taylor Swift

PITTSBURGH, Pa. -

A Taylor Swift fan was taken into police custody after he allegedly made online threats against the 23-year-old singer.

According to KDKA-TV, the suspect identified as Joseph Jackson was arrested at Swift's Pittsburgh concert on Saturday at Heinz Field.

Swift's security team called police when Jackson, 28, allegedly wrote on Facebook, "Taylor Swift must perish and die."

Police reported Jackson was holding a sign that read, "Taylor is with Satan" at the time of his arrest.

He did not have any weapons with him at the time.

He will undergo a mental evaluation.
