A 19-year-old was arrested Friday in connection to multiple robberies in Davidson County dating back to June 19.
The first crime occurred at Cash-N-Dash on South Main Street in Goodlettsville.
According to the clerk, the suspect, later identified as Dee Waine Bumpus, entered the business wearing all black and armed with a handgun. He took $437 from several cash drawers and fled on foot.
On June 26, Bumpus attempted to rob the Title Max on Main Street in Goodlettsville.
After being unable to enter the business, he put on a mask and tried again. Bumpus was still unable to enter and fled on foot.
On July 3, a second Cash-N-Dash was robbed on Dickerson Pike in Madison.
Bumpus, armed with a handgun again, entered the business and demanded money while holding the gun to the clerk's head. He stole $585 in cash and fled on foot.
All three victims identified Bumpus out of photo line-up by police.
He was arrested on Friday, July 5 and charged with two counts of aggravated robbery and one count of attempted aggravated robbery.
Bumpus is currently awaiting trial with a bond of $450,000.
