The newly built property consists of four buildings including a main house and guest house.
Southern Living hopes the home inspires all who visit with ideas that they can bring to life in their own homes.
"Each bedroom is decorated differently, so if one of the bedrooms doesn't suit your taste, you might walk into another bedroom and find the one of your dreams. Its really incredible," Jaime Dudley told Nashville's News 2.
The gardens are created with many easy ideas featuring plants from the Southern Living plant collection, available at affordable prices in Fontanel's gift shop and nurseries around the South.
"The interior designer drew her inspiration when she flew in. she saw the beautiful blue sky, she saw the incredible greenery, the woods, 136 acres," Dudley explained.
The home, located at 4133 Whites Creek Pike, will be featured in the August issue of Southern Living.
It will be open for tours beginning Saturday through December 29. The home will become a bed and breakfast next year.
Tour tickets are $12 and a portion of the proceeds will be donated to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
