LEBANON, Tenn. -

Lebanon police are working to find an especially aggravated robbery suspect before he commits another crime.

Police said Terrace Shaw, 22, took part in a robbery at the Plaza 231 Inn, Saturday.

The victim called 911 after the attack and said he was pistol whipped by two men before they stole his wallet.

The victim identified Shaw as one of the men.

Shaw was already free on bond following an arrest for a home invasion on East Market Street where a family was forced into a closet and gun point and robbed June 11.

Shaw's bond was set at $2,000 and he was able to make bond before authorities could hold him for violating the terms of his parole.

Shaw is on paroled for a home invasion robbery in April 2011. In that robbery police said he targeted a police officer's home.

"To me it is laughable that [a commissioner] would give someone with an aggravated robbery charge a $2,000 bond," Lebanon Police Chief Scott Bowen said. "Our main thing is we want to get him in custody before he kills somebody."

Nashville's News 2 tried to talk to the commissioner who set Shaw's bond, but an employee at the office said the person we needed to speak with had already left for the day.

"There was a harassment case that came in last Friday morning and they got $1,500 bond," Chief Bowen said. "He got $2,000 for a violent robbery.  I would say the likelihood of him appearing on that first court date is unlikely."

Shaw is now wanted for violation of probation and especially aggravated robbery. That is in addition to the aggravated robbery charge connected to the June 11th attack.

Hunter Barbour, 21, is also in custody in connection with the home invasion. He is being held in the Wilson County Jail without bond on a charge of burglary.

Police continue to search for Aderius Bingham, 21, for also participating in the robbery.

A 16-year-old boy is also in custody.

Police believe both incidents this month were targeted and may have been drug related.

According to Bowen, Shaw is a known gang member.

Shaw may be in the Murfreesboro or Gallatin area. He is five feet eight inches tall and weighs around 130 pounds. He has a tattoo on his right forearm that reads "lake."

Any one with information about his whereabouts should contact the Lebanon Police Department at 615-444-2323.
