Popular clothing store H&M is finally opened at Noon Thursday at the Opry Mills mall.
If you're one of the first people in line, you could win up to $300 in H&M Cash, but store officials will not allow customers to line up any earlier than 7 a.m.
"Oh I can't wait!" said excited shopper Morgan Butler.
H&M employees, who have been working around the clock making the final preparations, are ready to meet the demand.
"We're expanding around the country. The South is a big focus for us and we're so excited to have this reaction especially when there's so many in town this weekend to celebrate music," said H&M Spokeswoman Nicole Christine.
H&M has been a fashion phenomena since its first U.S. store opened in 2000.
With more than 270 stores across the country, the European clothing retailer has been very selective through the years about where they open their stores, known for their unique style and affordable prices.
This is the first H&M store in the state of Tennessee.
Prior to Thursday's opening, the closest one to Nashville is in Huntsville, Alabama.
"You're spoiled if you grow up in a town that had one, so it was always a special thing to go to H&M, so now I'm super stoke it's just down the road," said excited shopper Emily Woodill.
H&M employees are bracing for large crowds to line-up hours before the grand opening, which they describe as a party atmosphere.
"We'll have DJs, treats for the customers; we have giveaways. We really want to make it a festive occasion and for us, for every store we open, people come out and celebrate with us so it's going to be a ton of fun," said Christie.
Bargain hunters and fashionistas alike cannot wait.
"I feel like it's going to be a big hit," said Butler.
H&M is located between Forever 21 and Bed Bath and Beyond and features high fashion at low prices.
