Woman purchases $2,500 bracelet with stolen credit card

Franklin police are working to identify a woman who stole credit cards from two nursing home employees earlier this month and purchased an expensive bracelet.

According to police, the suspect entered NHC located at 211 Cool Springs Boulevard on May 16.

Once inside the facility, the woman stole credit cards from two purses belonging to employees.

The victims reported they had their purses inside their desk drawers when the incident occurred.

A short time after stealing the credit cards, the victim is said to have visited a nearby jewelry store and purchased a $2,500 bracelet.

Anyone with information on the woman's identity or whereabouts is urged to call Crime Stoppers at 615-794-4000.
