2 drivers robbed while exchanging accident information

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -

Metro police are searching for two suspects who robbed two men after they were involved in a crash early Monday morning.

According to Captain Kenneth Walburn, around 12: 30 a.m. two drivers were involved in a crash in the 200 block of Chimney Top Drive.

As they were exchanging information, they were approached and robbed at gunpoint by two men.

The suspects took keys, a wallet, credit cards, and $100 from one of the victims. They took keys and the vehicle from the other victim.

The first suspect is described with a thin build between 5 feet, 8 inches and 5 feet, 9 inches tall. He was wearing all black with a dark colored hooded-sweatshirt and a red bandana over his face.

The second suspect also had a thin build and was wearing a dark-colored bandana over his face. Both suspects were armed with black semi-automatic handguns and are both between 19 and 20 years old.

The suspects are believed to be driving a 2007 blue Saturn Aura XE with TN tag TN9893, which they stole from one of the victims.
