Scattered showers continue through Monday

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -

Cool weather and clouds are expected to continue Monday.

Morning temperatures will be in the 40s and 50s and will only rebound to the low 60s later Monday.

A 70 percent chance of scattered light-to-moderate showers will linger in the morning and through the afternoon.

The evening will become partly cloudy with temperatures dropping to the upper 40s after 12 a.m., Midnight.

Another isolated shower is possible Tuesday, but the chance is only around 10 percent. A mix of clouds and sun is expected with temperatures rising to the lower 70s by the afternoon.

Mainly dry and warmer weather continues through Thursday with highs reaching the lower 80s.

Friday and Saturday are expected to bring scattered thundershowers as a stationary front sets up south just north of Nashville.
