SPARTA, Tenn. -

It was a long awaited reunion, but it doesn't quite have a story book ending.

Tiffany Oliver went missing from Sparta, Tennessee in 2007 when she was 13 years old.

Her little sister told Nashville's News 2 about that day.

"We woke up that morning to get ready for school, and she wasn't in her room. The outside window was up," said Jessica Oliver, Tiffany's sister.

Tiffany was classified as an endangered runaway and entered into the database for missing and exploited children.

Now 19 years old, she showed up at her grandmother's house in Sparta last week.

"I have always had a feeling that she was around here somewhere. I just didn't know where," said Patricia Oliver, Tiffany's aunt.

Sparta is a town of less than 5,000 people. It is one of those towns where you could say "everyone knows everyone" as well as just about everything.

There are more details surrounding this case, but Nashville's News 2 isn't releasing the information because Tiffany may be a victim.

Authorities reported that an active investigation is underway.

The Oliver family said they are focused on rekindling a relationship with Tiffany.

"I would like for her to have a really good life," said Jessica.

The family hopes to make up for lost time, but for now, they are just glad Tiffany is home in Sparta again.
