Authorities are asking for the public's assistance in locating a man wanted for the recent beating death of a 26-year-old Cowan man.

David Jenkins of Manchester is wanted for his involvement in the murder of Corey Matthews.

Matthews was discovered dead in a field in Cowan, Tennessee on March 24. Authorities said he suffered blunt trauma to his head and face.
