Two roommates were arrested after police discovered a grow operation at their home on Thursday.

A search warrant for a home located in the 4200 block of Sweden Drive was issued after detectives knocked on the door and smelled a strong odor of marijuana.

When asked about the odor, Sarah Crawford said she was unsure about it.

Upon entering the home, police discovered a grow operation in a bedroom.

Officers seized 5.5 ounces of processed marijuana, one ounce of hashish, grow equipment and illegal drug paraphernalia.

Crawford's roommate Hadi Yeganeh was arrested at his place of employment.

Both are charged with felony marijuana and hashish possession.

Each has been released on a $16,000 bond.
