Police work to identify hair salon robbery suspects
NASHVILLE, Tenn. -
Metro police are working to identify three people believe to be connected to an armed robbery that occurred at a hair salon last month.
The incident occurred at Suzan's Hair Body & Spirit Salon located at 914 Woodland Street on March 22.
An employee, preparing to close the shop, reported to police two men forced their way into the business and demanded money from the cash register just before 8 p.m.
The victim told the men she did not have a register. The suspects took her purse and fled on foot.
Police said the salon worker's debit card was later used at Walmart located on Nolensville Pike.
A third male was seen on surveillance video with the suspects at the retailer.
The suspects are described as black males in their teens. One of the suspects is around five feet, 10 inches tall and weighs around 160 pounds. The other is around five feet, six inches tall and weighs around 115 pounds.
