'Music Row Fitness Crawl' helps athletes with disabilities

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -

About 75 very dedicated people spent part of their Saturday participating in the ‘Music Row Fitness Crawl'.

Participants paid a fee to visit three different fitness stations.

The fitness stations included running, yoga and circuit training.

The proceeds go to Achilles International, a group that helps athletes with disabilities.

About ten Achilles runners are pairing up with their guides to run the Music City Half Marathon at the end of April.
