NASHVILLE, Tenn. -
As the Music City Center gears up to open, new businesses are starting to take shape in the growing SoBro area.
The latest, Pub 5 opened its doors this week. The owners call the new venue "a sophisticated dining experience with gastro pub-esque fare."
The restaurant is housed in a building built in 1808 that once was a hotel, a home, a bar and now appeals to beer lovers. The three-story bar and restaurant includes a rooftop patio at 104 Fifth Avenue.
The opening comes in conjunction with Craft Beer Week, which features 100 events across the city. The feature event, the East Nashville Beer Festival will be held Saturday and is already sold out.
