Belmont was the popular pick, but Arizona was the better team winning 81-64 Thursday in Salt Lake City in the second round of the NCAA Tournament.
The Wildcats incredible size difference was too much for the Bruins to overcome as they fell to 0-6 all time in tournament games. Arizona won the battle of the boards decisively 44-18 and outscored the Bruins 36-18 in the paint.
The Bruins struggled from 3-point range hitting just two of their first 13 attempts from beyond the arc.
