Keystone Pacific Property Management, a leading community association management company that has provided management services to community associations throughout Southern California for over 30 years, is proud to welcome Tim Taylor to the Keystone Pacific team as the Vice President of Large Scale Management.

As of March 2013, Vice President of Large Scale Management Tim Taylor will be responsible for overseeing Keystone Pacific communities with intricate on-site facilities and amenities. Based in the Property Management Temecula office, Tim will work closely with managers to ensure that the operational and lifestyle expectations of Keystone Pacific’s homeowners associations are met and exceeded.

With over 29 years experience in the industry, Tim has become an expert in large-scale communities.
Graduated from Humboldt State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. He is a member of the California Association of Community Managers (CACM®), through which he has earned his certification as a Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM®). The CCAM® program was developed to establish and ensure standards of practice and professionalism in managing California community associations. Tim is a former winner of CACM’s Leadership Award for Physical Maintenance.
