Edmonton Home Builder Rohit Communities Strikes Again at the Awards of Excellence in Housing

Rohit Communities proudly accepted several awards in diverse categories at the Canadian Home Builders Association Edmonton Awards of Excellence in Housing.

Like a runaway freight train fuelled with momentum, Rohit Communities proudly accepted several awards in diverse categories at the Canadian Home Builders Association Edmonton Awards of Excellence in Housing. A masquerade themed event brought a record 1700 attendees to the Shaw Conference Centre to witness the industry’s finest compete for the top spot in numerous categories that span from marketing to home design.

Rohit Communities took home six awards including the prestigious 2013 Large Volume Builder of the Year award, setting the record to three out of four years it has taken home the prize. Some of the award winners included Best Print Advertising, Best Multi-Family Townhouse/Duplex $275,000 - $300,000, and Best Multi-Family Apartment Style.

Rohit Land Development also took home the Best Show Home Parade for the Starling at Big Lake community, a new project in Northwest Edmonton. "Six finalists is the best showing we've had to date for Rohit Land Development," said Russell Dauk, Vice President of Land and Commercial for Rohit Group of Companies. "It was especially exciting to see Starling at Big Lake recognized in its first year of development. We are very proud of the team and excited to show what we'll be bringing to market in the next few years."

An outstanding achievement as a home builder and land developer, the overall recognition was truly a remarkable milestone for Rohit Group of Companies.
