NASHVILLE, Tenn. -
Encores Consignment began 21 years ago in a two-car garage in Brentwood with only 60 consignors. The sale now fills a 50,000 square foot retail center with over 800 consignors.
This season's sale is located in the 40,000 sq ft former Nashville Sash building at 3040 Sidco Drive, Nashville, 37204.
The sale has grown to be one of the most popular and trusted consignment sales in Middle Tennessee.
The semi-annual Encores South Consignment sale offers thousands of quality name-brand used and new clothing items, toys, baby equipment, home goods, and furniture at deeply discounted prices.
Spring and summer clothing and shoes will be available for the entire family at the upcoming sale in March.
The sale started Saturday. First time mom's were able to shop first at 9 a.m. while the sale opened to general public at 1 p.m.
The sale will continue through the week offering a 25% off day on Thursday, a 50% off day on Friday and conclude with a half price day on Saturday, March 16.
Shoppers can expect an organized check out process with minimal wait time. Shoppers may pay with cash, debit card or credit card issued by Visa, Mastercard, or Discover.
Consignors may pick up any unsold items after the sale, or simply leave any unsold items for donation.
Encores has developed The Blessing Closet, which is an organized, invitation only event following the sale that allows various charitable groups to collect items for those they assist. If an organization is interested in participating in this event, please contact Encores at encoresconsignment@gmail.com.
