It's time to "spring forward" tonight for Daylight Saving time, so set those clocks ahead one hour before bedtime.
Now for the weather and Sunday night's storms:
We should reach the mid 60s today (Saturday) as winds become southeast and south this afternoon.
On Sunday, the winds will increase to 15-25 with gusts to 35 mph from the south. That will push temps into the low 70s for highs.
We anticipate t'storms Sunday night, possibly late afternoon near the TN River.
At this time it does not look like an overall severe weather threat. There will be some decent shear, but the rich moisture looks like it will stay to the south as shown by the Storm Prediction Center's forecasts to the right.
However, we'll watch it closely. If the dew points can bounce up higher than expected, that could change things.
PLUS winds out ahead of the storms con Sunday could gusts to 35 mph plus, so non t'storm winds could cause a few problems.
