Man attacked with bat in Franklin

FRANKLIN, Tenn. -

A young man was struck in the head with a baseball bat Friday evening in Franklin.

The incident occurred at the Sonic drive-in on Hillsboro Pike.

Witnesses said two men sped away from the scene.

Police said they have a suspect in custody.

The victim was taken to Williamson Medical Center, his injuries are unknown at this time.
